Refund and Cancellation Policy

 


Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may arise where an admission needs to be canceled. In such cases, a refund request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of payment. During this period, all refunds will be processed promptly and efficiently to ensure a smooth experience for our applicants.

Cancellation Policy After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day window, the refund and cancellation policy will no longer apply. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued beyond this timeframe. We encourage applicants to review all details thoroughly before proceeding with enrollment to avoid any inconvenience.

Refund Processing & Timeline
If a refund request is approved within the eligible period, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the banking institution and payment gateway policies, but we strive to complete the transactions efficiently. Applicants will receive a notification once the refund has been successfully processed.

Additional Notes
Refunds will be made only after verifying the transaction and payment details.

Processing charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.

If there are any unforeseen delays, applicants will be informed about the expected time frame for resolution.

In special cases, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of the management.
